No tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Fonts are hosted on this domain; everything is served from here, and your browser makes no requests to third parties.
Server logs
When you visit the site, the web server technically processes your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser identifier in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact form
If you send an inquiry, we process the details you enter (name, email, organisation, type of inquiry, date, location, format, message) to answer it and, where applicable, to prepare an engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is stored in our internal systems hosted in the EU; inquiries are prepared with the help of software assistants and always answered by a person. We delete inquiries that do not lead to an engagement after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Speaker management
Booking inquiries may be passed on to my speaker management where this is needed to plan and handle an engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Local settings
If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage). It is not transmitted to us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Malta the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
